What we store

We store what you provide in the forms: email, message, goals and wealth range. A client access request may also include your name, firm and broker contact details.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you and, only if you request it, introduce Finda to your broker. We do not sell the data or use it for advertising.

The app and your account

Your firm creates your account and loads your portfolio. We store your username, your hashed password, your security factors (code or passkey), the positions your firm loads, your investor profile and the messages you write to your advisor or to the AI chat.

AI chat

To answer, we send an AI model provider your question, the public names of your investments and their weights in percent. Never your name, your email or the amounts: Finda computes the dollar figures itself.

What we don't do

We don't use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. The only cookies are technical: language, theme and — for private users — session. The public demo contains no real data about anyone: it's an entirely hypothetical portfolio.

Deletion

Write to us from the same email and we'll delete everything associated with that contact. To delete your account and everything linked to it, write to hola@finda-capital.com or ask your firm.
